During treatment your skin will be cleansed and a topical numbing cream will be applied for 20 minutes. While numbing, a small sample of blood will be drawn and spun in a centrifuge to remove the platelets concentrated in plasma, from the sample. SkinPen microneedling/PRP procedure will take approximately two and half hours. Post Care Instructions: You will go home with two products after treatment. Microneedling creates open microscopic injuries in the skin. Patients cannot use any products other than the products provided until all redness has subsided. Patients must refrain from heavy sweating and makeup for until all redness has subsided, approximately 24-48 hours. After redness subsides, the skin will moderately peel for approximately 3 days. A typical in-office teeth whitening session at Botanic Zen Aesthetics takes about 90 minutes. This allows for thorough consultation, application and activation of the whitening agents. Post Care: After a teeth whitening treatment the “white diet” must be follow for 24-48 hours while the enamel of the teeth remain open. The “white diet” consists of any/all food and drinks that are white or clear. During this time the teeth are highly susceptible to stains. White foods and white/clear drinks may be consumed. All colored food must be avoided. We recommend maintaining good oral hygiene and utilization of a whitening foam to maintain your results.
